Computer support, repair, training, problem solving, virus removal, & networking for Nampa/Caldwell, Boise/Meridian, & other Treasure Valley Idaho area small businesses, home offices & home computer users. I travel to their home or business for personalized service. I can also remote into their computer if they can get to the internet & can provide overnight service. This way I can have their computer ready by next morning or business work day.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been interested in computers since high school. I have worked in computer stores. I also have government related computer support experience. I enjoy solving problems for my customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Personalized service. I don't sell products, just solutions!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one location serving Treasure Valley, Idaho.
